Bertrand has been in the construction and engineering industry for over 40 years, achieving the Managing Director position of a major international engineering conglomerate at the age of 35. Having worked for Anglo Platinum, Barratt Homes, Carillion and Amersco as well as completing project for the NHS, Bertrand consults, advises and trains industry techniques and health and safety both locally and abroad

Grant currently consults around the globe on matters of global expansion and sustainability in all sectors from retail to manufacturing, additionally offering corporate training and mentoring to boards. With three masters degrees in areas of operations, supply chain and sustainability and currently doing a PhD in strategy.
